Students will have an opportunity to work with new culinary technology and provide hands on experience with industry tools.the air fryer will help students utilize new cooking technology, while the meat slicer will enhance some foods labs. These resources will help my students practice literacy and math concepts in a practical and meaningful way. The headphones will assist in noise cancelling when meeting with students virtually. Access to these tools will allow us complete labs in shorter time allowing us more time to accomplish more projects. Most classes are only 50 minutes, this added equipment will reduce cooking and prep times.
