These chair pockets will help my students keep their materials organized and within reach. Second graders have a ton of materials (book bags, writing notebooks, math journals, math manipulatives, magnetic white boards for letter and word practice, etc.) to help learning become hands on. They need somewhere to stash all that valuable learning material. We currently have cubbies in my classroom but not all of my students can reach them! With the chair pockets, each student will be able to quickly grab materials needed for each learning activity. This will keep them safe, allow equal access to all learning supplies, and teach organization strategies.
