These special seating options will give students incentives and excitement when coming to learn in small group settings with teachers and specialists to do important learning, especially to overcome the gaps from the COVID-19 pandemic interruptions to their learning. These stools will be used as seats at a small table for reading, writing, and math small groups with students. Most of my young learners will be experiencing in-person learning for the first time in two years, having only half of kindergarten before the COVID-19 school closures as their understanding of school.
