This project is for my students to have their specific spot on our classroom rug. This is where we have morning meetings and math discussions. Each student will be able to have their own spot where they will sit. During morning meetings, we discuss emotional skills and during math instruction, we have circle discussions where students take the lead! Each student having their own spot gives me more class time to facilitate discussions. Students will come into the room and go directly to their spot. This saves us time because the students know exactly where to sit in my room.
