We need materials as we grow our theater program for K-7th. Students have really taken to theater-arts this year, and these materials ensure they are being challenged so they can reach their full potential. The new theater program will not only help students build their confidence and provide a creative outlet but also will develop their reading and critical thinking skills. The scripts, binders, and workbooks are for the older students to challenge them intellectually and round out their learning. Puppets can be an engaging and useful way to help students develop emotionally and grow their language and communication skills, especially my early elementary students. While using puppets, children are able to project their own emotions onto the puppet.
