Think back to when you were a kid. What was it that you remembered about your elementary school experience? Was it the grammar lessons or the people who cared about you? Was it completing math worksheets or the projects that you created? Our goal is to be THOSE PEOPLE who provide THOSE EXPERIENCES to our students. STEM is the future and we have a responsibility to prepare our students!! Putting Lego bricks, K'Nex, and a digital camera in the hands of students will encourage their engineering, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Through these tools, our students will be able to thrive in the future and what it may hold. When faced with a daunting task or challenge, STEM activities force students to persevere, create, and adjust until a solution is found.

About my class
