My students range in age from 3 to 5 and have come with various experiences in their early life. Many experiences and situations in our classroom are new for students this young. At least half of my students are receiving Special Education services and have varying abilities. Our classroom includes students that struggle with low mobility, behaviors, independence, speech and language, and cognition. My students are eager to learn and are very curious about their environment around them. I strive to always build a classroom community that encourages diversity, respect, kindness, stability, and joy.
