These materials will be used on a daily basis by students, to make sure that they have all the equipment they need in order to participate in activities we do in class and at home. During the current pandemic, students will need to be able to access specific materials both in class and at home. Most student's don't have these materials at home, and some can't afford to buy them. In class, we don't have a full set for each student to have his or her own materials. If there's one thing that has become clear during this pandemic, it's that economic hardship impacts children's abilities to learn in profound and unexpected ways. In a time where many families need to make every penny count, these resources are an obvious way to help level the playing field. Their availability will help all students to feel stable and supported in their education - a key attitude that helps students learn.
