Inner city funding is always tough. The word 'money' gets thrown around a lot, and with good reason. Nobody has it. Computers that were in the school one year might be taken the next. That's what has happened this year. With a shortage of computers students will still need to log in. This projector will help engage the students using technology supplemented with text books, worksheets, and paperbacks. Created vibrant slideshows for the students is something I find to be incredibly important to enhance classroom atmosphere. Watching movies of the books being read in class helps break up the monotony of reading to students, who in some cases may have just gotten off work and are tired and weary. Keeping students' attention is the first step to having a positive attitude and a projector can help project a part of them they may have never seen before.
