A vivid, colorful, and inviting reading area will entice our readers to pick up a good book and our cozy new rug and comfortable seating will keep them reading all day! Every child should have a comfortable space where books are accessible to them. Our bookshelf will hold and display books that will be on rotation in our classroom to ensure that there is always something exciting to read. The carpet will be used during free reading and for guided, small-group instruction. Our bright orange ottomans and floor pillows will provide flexible seating that will travel around our classroom for reading to self and shared reading activities.
