Currently my room is the only one with all desks, and I have several students who would benefit from options that allow them space to move appropriately. Having standing spaces in my room for students will allow them to move, and yet still stay focused and engaged in learning. Having a set of under desk bike pedals will give students a chance to move while sitting down as well. These can be rotated throughout the room, allowing many students to have access as needed. Please help me being to create some functional flexible seating areas in my middle school English classroom! I believe that students who are comfortable and have choice and ability to move will be more engaged in learning. Thank you for your help in creating this space!
