I teach life skills for all subject areas in a special education classroom. My students work really hard and deserve everything that can make learning occur for them. Life skills teachers need to go above and beyond for their kids and what is needed to help them be comfortable and grow as a learner. The wobble cushions will sit on top of their desk chairs or on the floor to help with comfort and are filled with air to create a movable surface to keep kids more alert. The colored printer and ink will help these students focus on worksheets as the pop of color helps students to comprehend and recall better. Finally, I would like to provide my students with a face shield to protect them during the pandemic if they are able to wear it.
