The classroom I am in has a small periodic table on the wall. It is extremely challenging for the students to read the periodic table unless you are standing within 3 feet of it. Along with the size, there is a horrible glare from the overhead lights. If you are across the room from the periodic table, you have almost no chance of seeing what I am referring to. Often I can't read the periodic table from where I am standing. A larger periodic table will allow students a quick visual about what we are talking about and not always have to dig their periodic tables out.
