Studies suggest that sustained exercise may significantly decrease or even fully reverse the negative effects of stress or trauma. Physical activity also promotes brain growth, improves brain efficiency, and strengthens learning abilities. Brain changes associated with exercise are most dramatic in the areas related to ADHD: executive functioning, attention, and working memory. Help me take my students on a journey to ride the wiggles out and improve their brain health throughout the day by incorporating unicycles into our daily routine. Students will be able to safely practice riding their unicycles in a healthy environment that promotes them to improve their wellness.
