Right now students don't have the materials to play at recess. When they have equipment outside during recess they learn to play together, socialize, and learn how to be good teammates. They love Gaga Ball but they are scared to play because they don't want to hurt themselves or get bloody knuckles. When students are able to play outside and release their energy they are more efficient in the classroom. I want them to enjoy playing outside and hopefully that will encourage them to be more physically active outside of school. I want them to learn how to work together and what it is like to be part of a team.

About my class
