By adding these requested Flex-Space Balance Ball Seats, Wobble Cushions, Wobble Chairs, and Comfy Floor Seats to my classroom, students will have the opportunity to be comfortable and safe in their learning. In my experience, when students choosing where in the room they will work, I have seen an increase in understanding of the content and confidence in themselves. Flexible seating will allow my students more choices to work, other than the floor or under their desks, which will increase their self-motivation and provide them with the opportunity to work in collaborative groups of two to six learners. I believe a learner is more invested in their learning when there is choice- and this is what I wish to provide to my students.
