The materials I have requested, already have a place within my classroom. The sensory table will be placed in the corner of my classroom by the sink to ensure easy access to a water source. The water beads, kinetic sand, pony beads, letter beads, and the string will all be used at different times as the item designated to the sensory table. The gelatin, kool-aid packets, baking soda, cornstarch, and other items will be used to make different items that will be going in the sensory table. These items to be made include rainbow gelatin, instant snow, and a cornstarch and water mixture. The donations to this project will help my students to dive deep into sensory exploration by providing hands-on activities and experiences for them. By putting a sensory table in my classroom and filling it with different sensory objects, students will gain opportunities to use their hands to learn new things. We will use these materials to help us learn more about different science experiments, and work on our gross and fine motor development. We really appreciate your help in making our classroom more interactive! Thank you.
