I am currently teaching at a school that has a great program for the students whose second language is English. As of right now, some of my students do not speak any English. I use my assigned IPad to translate information to those students, but my battery doesn’t last, and I would like for the students to have something that is “theirs” in the classroom to use instead. With these tablets, I will be able to communicate with those students, and those students will feel more comfortable communicating with me and their classmates. I can also use these for the other students to play educational games like Kahoot and use it to take pictures of their work.
