These books will make a huge difference in my classroom. The book Bad Island is a popular book to read in middle school, because of how exciting it is, and how it peaks the interest of young readers. Not all of my students are reading on grade level, so finding books that have topics and storylines to keep their attention is key! When they like what they are reading, it is so much more likely that they will gain something from that reading. This classroom set of books will help to keep my students engaged and developing as young readers.
