I would love for my students to enjoy more ways to interact with technology in this growing world where we use it so much every day! I want to do this by having an interactive Smart Board for our class and 5 iPads to use for different software and activities that we use for learning. I have also requested bookcases to store all our books from our classroom, as I instill a love for reading within my students throughout the year including tutoring during conference times, after school, and also during summer school! These resources will not be directly used with the students at home. However, the lessons and materials using this technology can be transferred to online learning through way of Zoom and other video/online communications for my students. It also is a way for our students to become more engaged and interact with more software or programs in the technology world that can further their success in the classroom.
With this new technology, my students will be able to choose from and interact with a variety of online programs that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level and be more engaged in learning. Let's make reading more fun!

The technology will be extremely beneficial for students that don't have access to technology at home, with different programs that help their learning grow. These products will not only help out my students this year, but for many more years to come!
