Our inline skating unit for physical education is one that shows so much improvement in the skills during the course of the unit; however, we have growing class sizes and making sure each student is properly equipped with the right size skate and protective gear is becoming a challenge. With the additional blades and protective gear, the students can be confident in himself/herself knowing they are safe wearing the correct size while working on his/her coordination and balance. Inline skating is a great lifetime activity and I would hate to lose the opportunity to expose my students to it with lack of proper size equipment.
