Our artists will create a meaningful 3 dimensional art work inspired by memory, what they know or feel with the Balloon Festival being our inspiration. Artists will use acrylic ad colored pencil mixed media process that uses depth to achieve the illusion of dimension within the piece. The use of Decocolor acrylic paint marker sets will give students developmentally appropriate medium experience that creates meaningful 3-dimentional art within the time constraint of 30 minutes. They give this project visual life! The multimedia boards allow students a surface that is resilient and supports paint in a visually aesthetic way. This type of board allows the students a surface to create lasting, quality works of art. With these idea materials students will be able to focus on executing their artistic ideas!
