My students will learn to accept the diversity and differences of others, through reading multiculturalism books. I'm hoping to give my students culturally diverse books. To increase their interest in reading and also install in their minds "It's okay to be red or green or anything in between. As they grow through life, they need to learn and accept others differences regardless of race, religion or lifestyles. Students who have books available to them will increase their reading proficiency but also their abilities will accelerate. Like the book called "I Like Myself! written by David Catrow. Messy hair? Beaver breath? So what!
