The use of Seat-Sacks in my classroom will be a daily necessity for my students not only to use as storage, but also to learn organizational skills at such a young age. As a new teacher, I want to provide everything my students need to be the best learners possible. My students come from a low-income population, and they deserve advanced technology (such as seat-sacks) to learn where to keep their daily supplies and understand organizational skills. Using seat sacks for my students' educational belongings will benefit my class because a lot of them enjoy being organized and tidy. Currently, my students do not have the opportunity to be organized, since they do not have desks to keep their items inside of. My students deserve a place to keep their materials, so that their skills can benefit how they stay organized as they progress through elementary grades. Having names on the sacks would benefit my students' name and letter-recognition. Writing and assigning names onto the sacks will help with early literacy as students would need to be able to know where their materials are.
