The majority of my students come from lower income families and backgrounds. These students have never seen coding applications Apple has available, such as "Swift Playgrounds,” "Lightbot,” “Sprite Box Coding,” and "Coda Game.” I plan on using the iPad Pro to expose my students to these latest coding apps and the many others that are available. Teaching students how to code by the time they leave high school is my goal! Students really enjoy using technology to learn but because my students are labeled as "special ed" students, they don't always get a chance to get into the latest technology elective. I hope to expose my students to the technological power available and help them learn how to code upon exiting high school. Thank you!
