This project will greatly benefit all ~470 students. This tool will be available for my students to use when they are having a tough time. Through brain-sensing technology they will be able to measure and visualize how their brains work when they are calm verse when they are active. This will help my students better understand how their brain effects their learning. The headband will help them figure out what strategies work best for themselves. This knowledge and awareness about themselves and their brain will be beneficial now and in the future. Self-regulation skills will be tools they can take with them and use for the rest of their life.
