Environmental print brings awareness to kids that they are already readers. They know how to pick out their favorite snack, open a favorite app and read store and street sign but they don’t realize it's reading that they are doing. I want to show my students that reading happens in everyday life and labeling classroom objects is one way that I can provide environmental print for my kids. This machine and the accessories will help me create engaging and appealing print. It will provide the students and I experiences that will lead us to explore and learn together and take our learning to a new dimension.
