I chose to select Chromebooks for my project because I have only dated desktop computers in my classroom. This technology will allow for my students to converse with their peers, participate in class discussions, and do their group work no matter where they are in the building, whether it be the library, classroom, or the resource room. This technology will also increase my students ability to be independent learners of the school and our community. Successfully educating a special-needs child has always hinged on matching him or her with the best assistive learning device or application available. Students don’t care what you know, but they do want to know that you care about them. I believe in my heart that my students will truly benefit fro
