My students need a document camera to make classroom learning more interactive and engaging. It is very hard for my students to get a full understanding of what I want to teach them, without them seeing the full picture in front of them. By having a document camera, this will reduce a lot of confusion on what I am teaching. My students will now be able to simply just look at the board as I project what I teach. This not only will help them capture the big picture, but also help them be successful in STAAR. Being at a low income school can be challenging at times when you are trying to teach and there are no resources. Having a document camera in my class will help me and help my students get a better understanding of the class material.
