Kindergarteners are wiggly and full of energy! Obviously, it is difficult for them to sit in a hard chair for several hours a day. Through this project I would like to provide them with alternatives such as wobble stools and cushions as well as floor pillows to sit on. I believe that giving students options for their seating will allow them some decision making in the classroom in terms of allowing them to choose the type of seating that best fits their needs each day. This will allow the student to be more comfortable and in turn hopefully more focused as they work and learn each day!
