Technology is the future. My students need to learn how to use technology for educational purposes as well as how technology is used throughout their lives and in different career paths. My students need technology to create projects, complete research, and to explore different countries, cultures, and the history of the United States beyond what textbooks are able to offer.
I want my students to be able to visualize our country's history in an interactive way. I want my students to explore, so they can feel like they are actually a part of history. I want my students to become avid researchers. I want them to see for themselves how much information exists about so many different important topics that has shaped our world today. I want my students to become independent. I want my students to be able to be creative and create their own projects using different technology programs. I want my students to experience their future through the use of technology. I want to facilitate learning in fun, exciting, motivating way, so that all of my students' needs are met while they are fully engaged.
