Flexible seating in the classroom provides students with the chance to choose where and how they learn best. Not every student prefers to sit still, and having the Wobble chairs gives students the opportunity to sit in a location where their movement is not so limited. Alternate seating allows the students to pick the space that works best for them and give them a space where they can do their best learning. Collaboration is very important in the classroom and with these stools, my students will have more flexibility for collaboration, STEAM activities, and technology centers. Learning looks different for every student so I believe that the seating options in the classroom should also match the different styles of learning.
