In the science classroom there is an increasing push for more STEM projects that involve high levels of creative design and analysis. My classroom currently has no student usable technology. My school has provided instructional tools like a projector and teacher computer, but I have no computing resources for the students to use. My goal is to eventually get to be a 1:1 STEM classroom.. I am hoping that these chromebooks will allow us to do more virtual laboratory exercises and use design software that will help my students learn skills they can use throughout the rest of their educational career as well as in the workplace.
