Imagine a classroom of 32 Kindergrtners and 1 teacher! Their minds are racing and their bodies are twitching with excitement. They want to explore and absorb. I go to class each day knowing that I have just a few hours to make an impact. I have a diverse group of children who are eager to learn and play. Many of the children are just learning their alphabet letters while others are reading. It is critical for me to make sure that everyone is learning or refining new skills, be it social or academic. One of the ways that helps me manage class size is a great, BIG, colorful sitting rug for the children.
