In preparing for students' own Science Fair Projects, as a class we do at least one together. Using the Outdoor Science Lab and Hydroponics Lab will help students understand the scientific method, reinforce our plants curriculum in a hands-on way that is more accessible to all children, and give students self-esteem as they take responsibility for the care of these projects. As students prepare for their projects, they will be able to listen to whales and other animals. For those students who have difficulty reading, headphones will also allow them to access the necessary research to create their own science fair project as they listen to the words being read to them on their Chromebooks. Students will have more success with the Outdoor Science Lab, Hydroponics Lab, and new headphones in the classroom!
