I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to teach a diverse group of middle school math students with varying levels of performance-below level, on level, and gifted. I love challenging them in their problem solving and creativity through real world connections to the math concepts in the standards-based curriculum. Adding digital cameras and Cricut technology in our middle school mathematics classroom will truly bring the class into the technology era. Students will be able to access digital resources from inside and outside of the classroom. Integrating technology other creativity enhancing tools into instruction has been shown to benefit all learners.
