Our classroom consists of students who work hard each and everyday to overcome the many obstacles that have been placed in their paths. Besides the "typical" school curriculum, my students have to learn coping skills and how to use them, in order to regulate their bodies for school. My students have all been identified as having significant emotional difficulties and behavioral challenges that make traditional learning more demanding for them. Our days are filled with learning these strategies in order to be successful at school.

About my class
