My students need different seating options besides the standard desk and chairs currently in my classroom. Students need the opportunity to choose a seating option that will allow them to be the best learner possible by providing a comfortable learning environment that is tailored to each child's learning preference. By donating to this project you will be helping students increase their focus and attention and ultimately help improve their academic skills. The flexible seating choices will be used daily in the classroom. Students will have the chance to pick from the different options weekly to help them focus their energy into their academic thinking. The wobble and metal stools will be used at student desks instead of chairs. The floor cushions will be used for students to work around the classroom in a space where they can focus. Portable laptop stand will allow students to move their work space to somewhere inside or outside the classroom. I am excited to give my students the opportunity to have different seating options they can use throughout their journey in second grade.
