Read Aloud = Joy! Your donation will help me bring the joy of reading into my kindergarten classroom. I'm seeking to purchase 101 picture book titles that meet strict criteria. All of the titles selected are: engaging with diverse characters, incorporate rich language and fascinating illustrations, thought-provoking themes, kid-appealing content, original premise, unique perspective, with horizon-broadening subjects. Read aloud is a commercial for reading. Your donation will help me promote reading, foster a strong sense of community, celebrate the written word, build a foundation for future learning, expand vocabulary, showcase a proficient reader's strategy use, support budding writers, spark conversation, encourage perspective-taking and empathy, and open windows and doors to other worlds.
