We need books that are science driven to feed their curiosity and to spark a love and interest in the different fields of science. Our titles include Women in Science Hidden Figures Young Readers' edition, Lab Girl and more. These chapter books driven by science or scientific ideas will help my students to delve deeper into their knowledge about science and the ideas behind certain fields. These books will also show my students that not only are there women who are in the science field, but these women helped to shape their fields into what they are today. The books will allow an escape for students who are looking for a challenge, and they can learn many scientific concepts through their reading. From physics to the ideas behind the creation of our universe, this class set of books will be available to read on a daily basis for my students, and will even be available to students who would like to check them out until they are finished reading them.
