Our campus is one of the largest middle schools, grades 6-8, in the Humble ISD. We are a nationally recognized AVID, college and career preparation campus with an enrollment that exceeds 1100 students. Our student body is a diverse mixture of ethnic and economic households. The student body includes students that range in ability from on-level to Pre-AP. This year as our district celebrates 100 years of existence our campus will celebrate its 20 year anniversary. As a campus, our goal is "to provide daily opportunity for our students to communicate, innovate, collaborate, think critically while effectively managing time and personal responsibility. As a staff we will provide opportunities for student centered instruction through Project Based Learning that will engage students". The library facility has moved from "old school traditional to new school with a twist" and is student centered.
