The library in our school does not have any technology for the students to use. I would like to change that. I would like to offer the students different methods of reading to suit their needs. Computers will offer the students the opportunity to listen and learn on their own. There are numerous websites that students can go on to to listen to books as well as work on grammar, spelling, sight words etc. These are all skills that are essential in the reading process. The use of computers in a library will increase the students ability to improve their reading independently. It will offer them the confidence that they need to move forward in their growth and development.
