The items that I have chosen for my project will help my students practice a variety of skills. With the tablets, they will be able to access games, research different topics, as well as become familiar with using different technology. A classroom rich with print will encourage students to read which in turn, will help with literacy development. The leveled books will be put to great use! My students are also from a majority of low-income families. Having a refrigerator will allow me to bring in snacks and keep them fresh for those that are unable to bring any for themselves.
