I am very excited to use iPads in my elementary music classroom. The students will video and audio record projects on their iPad, store them in their district portfolio, and make them available to their parents through SeeSaw or a google platform. They will also use different learning apps such as: Do Ink used to create green screen videos. Incredibox and SoundForest to create music. Blob Chorus to introduce pitch and improve their musical ear. Kahoot to access their understanding. Explain Everything for student centered performance assessment iPads will reform and update how I am able to teach music to my children. They will allow me to create a much more student driven classroom. I need cases and screen protectors in order to protect the iPads from destruction so they can be used by other students for many years to come.
