Building student cardio fitness through a walk, jog, or run challenge along with learning about the importance of good nutrition will inspire students to care about themselves, and over time begin to feel the benefit of being physically active. Theses pedometers will allow students a way to track their individual progress, graph their personal progress and set goals for improving their activity level. This will not compare students with each other but encourage each individual to strive for better fitness. Good physical fitness also improves thinking skills and alertness for the student. We want to walk, jog and run our way to a more meaningful education!

About my class
