Flexible seating provides students an opportunity to take initiative of their learning and decision making. During stations, students will be able to choose a location in the classroom that is comfortable for them. Currently, student seating is limited to their desk seats, classroom rug, and concrete floor using a clipboard. A comfortable and positive environment is essential to the academic growth of the students. Also, When students have the ability to chose their own seats, I can sense feeling of comfort and motivation. Students are more focused and engaged with daily task. Also, the write and wipe pockets are perfect for the flexible seating and provide instant feedback and differentiated instruction.
