My third grade class is a "melting pot" classroom. Our school serves a major air force base. We have children from all over the country. My class is also the English Language Learn class. That involves children from other countries that are trying not only to learn English but to learn third grade work. We are located in the middle of a low to middle class neighborhood where most of our parents are two income families.
