My students are in a 21st century classroom with caveman technology. We have access to computers twice a week. But even then the technology is old. This causes a lot of wasted time, and students are frustrated because they cannot complete the tasks that they need to. We would love to have a class set of tablets, but really any number would greatly help. Students could then be involved everyday in integrating technology into lessons. There are many applications that we wish to use as a class, but are unable to because of the technology that is available. The class set of tablets would allow each student to explore and research on their own, without losing time, waiting for computers to load up. We are excited about this possibility, and can't wait to see if it will be a reality!
