The flexible seating requested would directly help my students advance academically by allowing me to give them an option that will allow them to have an environment where they are more comfortable, are able to feel like they have control over their surroundings and more easily focus on the lessons and work at school. This will help with their well-being as well since it will help keep their young minds stay focused and alert. These students need to be able to make good choices to help them learn their best way possible!
