Our second grade scholars are in need of a leveled library. This leveled library will help increase our scholars reading levels and increase their love for learning. The vocabulary, grammar and phonics games will be used for small groups to help children who may be struggling with either topic. These games will also help the students build their foundation to reading in a more exciting way. It will also improve their fluency, comprehension, and confidence. The math puzzles will help simplify specific concepts and make it fun at the same time. Theses puzzles will also be used in a small group setting as well. This will also improve their math skills. We need the teacher's easel in the classroom so students can see from any visual point. I will also use the teacher's easel to rotate around the classroom to instruct my small groups. I want to create a learning environment where all types of learners' needs are being met. I want the students to have fun while learning. All these materials will build their social skills, promote engagement, and create a cohesive classroom.
